  • That’s why AI governance is not optional—it’s foundational to how we build trust and ensure compliance.
2. Launching Our AI Governance Framework
  • Our first AI governance framework was launched quickly, guided by key principles of privacy, transparency, fairness and accountability.
  • It’s a living framework, continuously evolving as we learn.
3. From Framework to Practice
  • We apply governance through controlled experimentation – starting with Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
  • PoCs allow us to:
    • Test AI’s potential in a safe and contained environment.
    • Evaluate risks early, before full-scale deployment.
    • Involve legal, data, and business stakeholders at the right time.
Every pilot we start is deeply rooted in our beliefs and behaviours, strong ethical standard behind everything.
